"Nia has changed my thinking about working out. It is the most fun and liberating way to move. I have learned so much about my body and myself through Nia. I actually look forward to going to Nia and I feel really good (physically and mentally) on the days I attend class. I sleep better after the evening class and feel very energized after the morning class. I love it that women of all ages, shapes, and sizes feel comfortable in these classes (unlike the gym environment). Anyone looking for a fun way to move and work out should try it!!"

"Nia makes me feel like I am on a stage for the first time in my life dancing my heart out for a huge audience that is mesmorized by my ability to be so graceful. Oh, and they all envy me because I have something they can only wish for!!!"
~ Karen K.
"Nia is the best part of my day. It makes me energized, it calms me down, it makes me smile, it keeps me fit, it lets me share with my friends, it lets the dancer in me out, it lets me play, it lets me learn, it makes me laugh. It is pure joy, creativitity and health".
~ Laurie B.
"Nia allows me to respond to my body needs, keeping my core strong and feeling good, reflecting in a happy whole person".
~ Audrey S.
“Nia is a wonderful workout....it is incredibly fun and the hour goes by so quickly! I can match the level of intensity of my workout to the level of energy I happen to have that day. At first I was very self-conscious because graceful is not a word I would use to describe myself. By the third week, I felt so good and so free to move to the music, that I didn't care if I missed a few steps or just made up my own movements to the music. I even find myself dancing around at home, which I never did before.”
~ Stephanie C.
"To me Nia is a great combination of flow and dance -- and you don't need to be flexible or a dancer to follow the teacher. Wonderful exercise and fun." ~Gail W.
